Hi – I’ve been trying to contact Pace Cycles / Dalby Service Centre for over week (phone & e-mail) and have had no luck.

Are they still open/trading or just on a long holiday, anyone know?

I gave up on getting my DT’s sorted by them after repeated attempts failed. Woeful customer service. I can only assume they don’t need the business.

I dont think theyre trading, I tried for a week to get through to them too, thought about keeping trade in the area but ended up having to go elsewhere

They are still trading, If you can’t get through ring Dalby bike barn. They Often have problems with phones over in the service centre.
