Following on from my previous thread on the subject I've just watched it so here's the critique

As a B class horror goes it's actually quite good. Low budget shines through but a solid cast carries the suspense of really well. Very atmospheric and great sets 😉

It's a story line and a theme that if it was given the 'Holywood' treatment would be a blockbuster. Out of 10? Probably 7

The only one I struggled with was the character of Voytech who appeared to be an out of work version of the nasty Serbian sniper from the Owen Wilson film 'Behind Enemy Lines'

I was really looking forward to this, but was a bit dissapointed. Its great in theory, and starts very well but there wasent enough ooomph in it for me. I still bought it on dvd as its definately one of the better horror films of the last few years. Im still loving The haunting in Connecticut though!

As I said on the previous thread I'm not a fan of the 'horror' genre – simply can't take it seriously

The copy I have is a rental from lovefilm so content to hand back
