I just picked up a set of these to go on an old XTR rear mech which was minus its wheels.
The mech is set up for 9-speed.
I have installed them on the bike with a 9-speed Sram chain and a 9-speed Sram cassette and everything seems okay, but I have noticed that they are 10t and not 11t wheels.
Everything I have read points towards 11t for 9/10 speed and 10t for 7/8 speed.
Looking on the net, I have found the following link for them which is a little ambiguous:-

I’m sure that ultimately the number of teeth is a factor of wheel diameter whereas the width of the teeth would be related to the 7/8 or 9/10 speed compatibility?
what say the singletrack forum?
