That is if I can figure out how to use my phone.
Here’s the question.
Whats the quickest/easiest way to get a photo from my phone to the forum?
Do I need a specific app? or do I just need to know how to use the phone better?
Say I want to do a FS advert with a picture, and I’m in the shed.
Thats generally when I need to do it.

Use photobucket mate its quick and easy, just upload a pic and while looking at it use the info button to bring up the img link and then copy and paste it here .

You can’t upload photos to the forum. You need to upload them to a photo sharing service, then link them from the forum.

I find facebook easiest – then just grab the URL

You could always try that little known and not very obvious button up there marked “Forum Help” http://singletrackworld.com/forum-help/

I use photobucket, though have also posted pics from FB. At some point I plan to set up a server here, so may just plonk photos on that (though given I don’t have a static IP address, that could be amusing!)

In timed trials I found imgur to be faster than photobucket. So, PB for pics I want to keep, imgur for any old toss.

The Flickr iPhone App is really easy to use, then just link them from Flickr.

Another vote for imgur, with the added advantage that it’s anonymous.

I use Photobucket for quick posting on here. I don’t know of a forum where you can post directly, they all require pics to be hosted on a hosting site.

Use one of the dynamic dns sites like noip.com or dnsdynamic.org to manage it.
