    Whats best way to stop getting numb fingers ,Normaly start going numb after about 5 or so miles , it’s becoming a real pain to brake and change gear .Oh i ride a hard tail with 120mm forks
    Any help gratefully received

    Numb due to coldness or numb due to vibration? How big are you hands and what grips are you using?

    numb due to vibration , fingers go numb in any weather hot or cold

    Have you tried changing your grips? Ergon ones might help?

    Specialized gloves (and others?) have an ulnar nerve pad which might help.

    Also, don’t lean on your bars. Riding downhill should always be on your feet, not your hands – and uphill/flat try and relax your upper body, incl arms. That’s really a general riding point, not just for numbness prevention. Apologies if you’re already doing that.
