    I am in the market for some new weatherproof outer cable sleeves for the front and rear derailleur cables.

    I tried some mud lovers last year with mixed results, any recommendations?

    mud lovers or flying snakes work for me.

    TBH, they're all pretty much the same from a design point of view.

    It seems like XTR will outlast any bike I put them on, flawless so far… Gore are better, but XTR are good enough, and cheaper.

    flying snakes on my bikes – longest = nearly 2 years without needing replacement cable etc

    Standard cables with Middleburn cable oilers. Cost next to nothing in comparison and shifts just as sweet for just as long as the other expensive offerings.
