The Nettle season is here, what do you do with the stings to bring relief?

I can usually sort my legs out with this method, but trying to do the arms just makes me fall off

Man up and take the pain!

Seriously though; any topical antihistamine/bite/sting cream should help with the irritation and rash.

Strange observasion – when I ride my local trail early (before 9am) very few stings, but ride it gone 10am and it's torture!

Couple of those little vinegar sachets from the pub in you pack. Handy and effective.

When running down deer American Indians would grab lengths of nettles and thrash them against their legs so they could keep up the pace. Roman soldiers did the same on long marches to dull the pain.

    Peddle harder?
