Looking at a possible move to MK c.o the wife's job at the OU.

Is there much riding to be had round there and on another note, what's the feasability of commuting to London from MK too? – I'd have to find a new job and London looks like a good place to start.

Plenty of riding, Woburn is on youre doorstep. A short drive away is Chicksands, Ashridge (ivinghoe Beacon) Wendover (Aston Hill) plus lots more.
We have a massive road presence and a good local cyclocross league.

Commute wise pretty easy into North London and I think West London is no problem now either.

I work at the OU and live 2 mins away.

Woburn is less than 2 miles from the OU. As OG said there is large road presence in Team MK (c. 400 members IIRC) and also Cyclone mtb club.

I think Euston is about 35 mins by train.

Of course you can commute, but check the price first…
