Wonder if anyone can help with this please.....
I've bought a used Mio 315, it works fine, but I can't register the device to CycloAgent to be able to upload my info to MioShare.
My old Mio gives me a "register device" tab when I hook it up, but the new one doesn't. My guess is that the device is still registered by the previous owner and therefore won't let me register it. Does that sound right? The guy I bought it from seems to be struggling with accounts/passwords ~ is there any other way I can make progress? Any advise appreciated! Thanks 🙂

He needs to unregister the device on the mioshare software, which I think requires him plugging the unit into his pc. Mio should be able to do it from their side though.
