I bought mine from rose bikes and had to buy the QR converters separately, front one comes with a QR too.

You’re after some Mavic 29er wheels in Q/R?

I have some 29er Crossrides for sale

They come with the rear 9mm adaptor which you can get from Evans

If you’re looking at new wheels, the 2015 versions come as 15mm front and 12×135 rear with included adapters for 12×142. If you want QR (front or rear) you need a separate adapter which are readily available.

QR comes as standard on the Crossones.

We have plenty of adapters in stock; if you don’t want to buy from Germany or second-hand but are after a deal, give us a shout and we’ll see what we can work out for you.

    Cheers everyone, seems workable.

However my beady eye has caught Merlins deal on Shimanos, with free rotors and are tubeless ready for £160 ISH!
Any thoughts on Shimano wheels generally?

Perfectly good wheels but they are cup and cone not cartridge so it depends on your maintenance skills

mmm, i was hoping for cartridge, any thoughts on the difference these days.
In my opinion cartridge run so much smoother and I have been impressed by how long they last.

my issue is price, I am somewhat limited!

Performance wise they’ll be near as the same

I prefer cartridge as they can be brought back from the dead where as you have to keep cup & cone alive.
