I've got a Marzocchi Z3 coil fork from about 2002. They could probably do with a service. Does anyone have any pointers / advice etc?

– How hard is it to do?
– Is it one of thise jobs that will end in tears?
– What tools will I need?
– What oil will I need?

I'm reasonably competent at most jobs but I;ve never attempted this before.
