    not a fan of the chilli, i get through a couple of bars of the 85% a week.
    they do one with sesame seeds in that doesn’t seem to be available in this country, only ever seen it at a market stall in my folks home town and never anywhere else in the u.k.

    I’m a professional Chocolatier and I make my own 70% dark chocolate with crushed chilli flakes in 8)

    They go down a storm at Christmas.

    Check out Hotel Chocolat’s chilli choclate as well. The chilli truffle is a bit naff, the chilli rocher is basically a ferrero rocher style thing with nuts and chilli. Very nice.

    And if any of you live Glossop way, the Hadfield bakery was doing chilli chocolate brownies the other day – rather fiery from teh little taster I tried!

    It is rather nice but Hotel Chocolat is much nicer.
