Try posting on an internet forum, maybe that will make it go away?

Find out about scapula strengthening – I do a series of warm-ups prior to a bodyweight exercise session, otherwise I’d damage myself. Much like you have.

    Of course there’s t’interweb, but I can’t recommend this enough: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Complete-Calisthenics-Ultimate-Bodyweight-Exercise/dp/1495425274

It’ll be your weakness coming out.

Love the pain and you’ll be a beefcake in a few weeks.

Warm up first with some pull ups and stop waving your willy 😉
