  • JET 2 volcanic ash refund.

    So back in april we were advised to book a rescue flight home after we had 2 cancelled return flights to the UK from Spain.
    The refund has supposedly been processed by Jet 2 but they have told us 3 times now to wait another 10 days.
    Its nearly 2 months on now and we are still 1100gbp out of pocket.
    What should i do now? I feel they are just fobbing us off.
    Has anyone else been refunded?
