Is there a 27.5 rim that will work with both normal and Plus tires?

Could you have one set of 27.5 wheels that would fit both a 27.5 bike with 2.35 tires and a 29er with 27.5 Plus semi fat tires?

Which rim would work? (Disregard that Boost bobbins for the sake of clarity)

    35mm velocity blunts?

I would assume anything with an internal width between 25 and 30mm would do the job. I went to a cotic demo day recently and they had 2 sets of b+ wheels for their solaris, one was wtb i25 rims and the others were wtb scrapers. Scrapers would be too wide for normal tyres though IMO.

Something like a Pacenti DL31 or a Velocity Blunt should work. I’ve run a 3″ tyre on my Krampus with a DL31 rim and it’s been fine.

See the thread I started on this but SSC ds25 rims do the job for me

Flow EX at 30mm (just about). Anything else of similar size.
