It is, but It’s also lighter than Scottish milk. Welsh milk is quite dark & I’ve no idea about Irish milk.

Also, white wine, isn’t actually white at all.

    True story.

In Spain you can buy fizzy water, I know, what crazy fool though to make water fizzy.

Anyone else not like foreign milk?

I love milk, I can drink pint after pint but foreign stuff…for some reason it’s not right.

Am I a milk racist or is it a lot different?

Spaniards look forward to coming here to drink our milk.
It tastes like pre EU milk.

My gf bans me from asking for milk when we are out 🙁

I wish pubs would have a milk pump (preferably one that moos and has an udder dispenser) so I could have pints of milk instead of beer!

British cows have bigger udders, Spanish cows are all cheekbones and corners.
Can’t get a decent pint out of a foreign cow .

Your gf has my full sympathy. You sound odd. Nowt wrong with a ‘George Best Undercoat’ pre-match, but drinking milk at the pub is just deranged.

In Spain, they carbonated milk. You would find it in bottles next to Coke.

I don’t know if this still goes on. I think it was called ‘Spunk’ 😯

Is it because Spanish cows take clenbuterol?

I think continental milk is whiter too!

I can’t drink foreign milk cold either. I can have it steamed in coffee and I eat cream and ice cream abroad but I can’t touch cold milk.

Milk is mainly white because of the fat globules that are in it reflecting light. Thats why UK skimmed looks translucent and a bit blue. If the fat levels are different in Spanish milk or if globules are different size it would change the perceived colour. Knew that my time studying dairy chemistry in Cork would be handy one day!
