Nope, XT Shadow mech hitting a rock in the peaks and into the back wheel (Phew, I've missed that one, bang, whoa!) was bad enough for the pocket…

Might be in for some flak here… but yes… new XTR does have a hint of Lego about it… but also… the Sram reminds me of a battered old car that's had one wing replaced with something from the scrap yard…a completely different colour from the rest of the car… in other words… it looks really cheap and tacky. What's up with XT.. or for that matter… SLX? Both visually and economically more attractive.

Really dont like the coloured XO stuff think it looks well cheap (the noir cranks look pony IMHO :lol:),the normal XO does look lush but after a brief affair with sram I am back in the Shimano fold!!!!

We've got a red one on an Epic here, looks nasty.
