Big thanks to the lads last weekend, the ones that dragged me over the Quantocks on the "Old Fart's n Chipps Day Out".
I had intended riding only from Lydeard Hill car park across to Crowcombe car park, just to say "Hello" and then wave them off.
It was my first bimble since my hip operation some 4 weeks previous. So you can imagine I wanted to take it steady!!
Well the barstewards made me ride for 3.5 hours, not that I didn't enjoy every minute of it. But the time the 3.5 hours were up, the Tramadol, Diclophenac, and Paracetamol had just about worn orf….
