  • How much weight have you put on over Christmas so far?

    .3 of a kilo but that’s about my normal depending on what I have eaten in any one week. I was surprised and happy.

    i am a fat bastard again, put a stone on since september. put 4 lbs on over xmas.

    but i am a happy fat bastard……..life is such…… 8)

    Lower molar removed on Christmas eve, so no Christmas day meal, extraction then got infected so food intake reduced and strong anti-biotics mean no booze either — happy days but Im 2 or 3 lbs lighter.
