Hi, I have just bought a Trek EX8 and am looking at fitting a bash guard to replace the big ring. I thought it would be nice to stick a chain guide on to avoid the annoyance of loosing the chain off and try and keep the paint attached to the bottom of the BB tube and chain stay. I have come up against a problem though, this years EX8 uses an integrated BB and has no ISCG mounts so as far as I can tell there is nowhere to mount a chain guide. Am I missing something or do I just have to do without?

i think its a bb30 so with out the iscg mounts no dice. if the chain dosent come off when your riding there is no need.

I do loose the chain off quite a bit, might just have to get inventive 😀
