Can anyone tell me about cannondale headshok servicing please? How often should they be serviced? Is it 100/200 hours? Is there much to it? any special tools needed and if not where can i get the seal kits from. Anyone know about where services them? i have found an old thread and it mentions evans are able to do this. It is an older fork and TF Tuning only do 2006 onwards.

If sending them to get serviced i take it its just the fork assembly so how easy is it to remove this and are there any special tools needed for this?

Thanks folks never had a headshok bike so any other information that may be relevant is much appreciated

hello, I change the seals/oil in mine once a year, gives no problems. I also grease the races under the boot a couple of times a year.

Tools needed are pin spanner, castle tool and bullet tool, available from qwerty cycles, they do seal kits to.

To remove fork take stem of and hit top of fork with a rubber mallet, its that easy.

    hope this helps
