As the title suggests really, I need new headset bearings in my Zesty 514. I have disassembly the headset and dropped the forks out and currently have the following bearings in.

    PT-R408(ø41×6.5×45°) Headset Top bearing
    PT-R413(ø52x7x45°) Headset Bottom bearing

I think those bearings are produced by http://www.ptandbearings.co.uk but doing a quick search doesn’t show anything for those product codes.

After recommendations on where to get a new set of bearings from, any particularly good companies/suppliers?

    Thanks in advance

I’d go to a shop and ask them what they had that was well sealed in that size. Then buy half a dozen for the price that “Bike” bearings cost. It’s where my lbs got them from and they lasted well. The guys there know there stuff as thats all they deal with. There is not much special about bearings.
