    Don’t know how to do the link but Giant are being sued for £200,000 after the forks on a Propel bike separated at the steerer crown junction resulting in the rider breaking his back .

    I can do the link but I can only find the times, torygraph and fail carrying the story via Google so I won’t.

    200k sounds like a relatively cheap claim if there is long term disablement though I think the amounts are quite structured these days any how?
