How do you fuel for a rarified atmosphere at altitude?
As you climb the oxygen content decreases , so in theory to keep sto the amount of fuel would also decrease. But , is the air not made up of different gasses which are non flamable ?
Saab used barometric sensors in the 80’s and they pretty much had turbo’ing sorted by then.
Surely a wet shot nitro system would have been more reliable given the limited time and testing available.
Was the comp ratio lowered for forced induction? or was it pinging away merrily eating the pistons?
No sign of an intercooler or water / methanol injection
I is confused , but thats not hard really. . . .
