    Can anyone recommend some decent grease for bb's, headsets etc which is pretty waterproof and keeps out liquid sand (the New Forest eats bottom brackets for breakfast).

    I've been using some Park Tools blue stuff made out of wee which has been quite good, have run out now and was wondering what the options were.
