Is it not just whoever finished first yesterday?
Posted 4 years agoIt goes on GC. If the riders are on same time, it goes on countback, so first across the line. Looks like Salvatore Puccio will take it as he was first Sky rider across the line yesterday.

If at least 5 riders in the team get the same time, then (assuming the guys all got the same time yesterday in the peleton) then how do they decide who gets the pink jersey?
