Dunno if they definitely do bike frames, but Viper Bike Paints did a good job on some bodywork for my motorbike a couple of years ago, & they apparently powdercoat. Might also be worth speaking to The Bike Chain/MarkD of this parish…

Cost me £70 for a strip and respray with 2-pack paint, in white for a full-sus frame. I had a bike shop take all the bearings out, and he masked everything off. Otherwise, he'll use the bearings as masking…

Looked good when I got it, but it does rub easily (i.e. heal rub on seatstay, cable rub on headtube, etc, but seems fairly resilient to getting muddy, dragged through bushes, hit with stones etc. Not necessarily recommending them, btw, but they are a (local) option.

I got my car resprayed at Brown's Body Services on Lanark Road. They are helpful and friendly, I don't see what can be so different about spraying a bike frame other than specialist tools for disassembly…
