ridden coil forks rockshox for last few years just got some 06 talas r set with23-20% sag they feel very squishy, waht pressures do riders use in these, i am just under 11 stone and ride trails in the lakes

20% is actualy very little sag so shouldnt feel squisshy.

could it be that your just used to riding with wayyy to heavy a spring?

if you’r sure about the sag try playing with the rebound, adding more damping will encourage the fork to stay deeer in its travel, effectively increacing the sag without increacing the spring rate. Or vice versa, having no reboud damping will make the fork taler.

I run about 50 psi with fast rebound,I like them a little softer for better feel,I am about 11 stone with all kit on.
