Fitting an integrated headset

As I’ve posted previously I need to fit a new integrated headset to my road bike. How do you fit the buggers – are they just drop in or are they press fit? I know I could take things apart to find out but don’t really have time at the moment. It’s a ‘cane creek’ standars – are these all the same then?
