I'm seemingly on my 4th cold since the start of the new year, snotty and lots of coughing.
It's not just me, the g/f is the same, so I doubt it's not me being particularly un-healthy.
We both exercise a reasonable amount and eat well. Very little take out, and a decent helpings of fruits, salad and veg in our diet (along with a good chunk of meat, for the iron obviously).
WTF is going on, and how can I stop getting them?
Guy at work has mentioned Echinacea before now and I'm starting to think it might be worth a go.
edit: What is pi**ing me off the most is that I'd usually not stop riding because of a cold, but have missed more rides so far this year than any other in the hope of clearing them out.
