Got some Hope Tech M4 brakes and I need to shorten the hose's, I don't think I need the full Hope Bleed Kit, just a tube and resovoir – any ideas ? What size tube etc…

Go to a model shop and get flexible fuel line for those noisy little RC cars that chavs always seem to have blatting round the woods here. Fits perfect. And a jam jar. Job done.

Any particular size mate?

The internal diameter is about 2mm but its very flexible so stretches over the nipples to make a tight seal rather than using a piece of plastic pipe.

Went to a pet shop yesterday and got some plastic tubing that goes in a fish tank. Hoping it fits xt disc set up.

25p per ft and got some oil when I got my bike. Saved buying the tube from lbs for £12

ok sorted now …. Got some dot 5.1 fluid from local motor factors and used a piece of tube out of an old spray bottle and used the bottle for the waste fluid – job done!
