No, it’s not a bargain; it’s a fair price though.
The boards are only 1.1m long so it will look a bit busy
It’s “rustic” grade which means plenty of knots full of filler. Their picture is probably not representative of the actual floor. “Character” grade is similarly full of imperfections.

Look at the Kahrs range at http://www.flooringsupplies.co.uk/?gclid=CISF87eRzM8CFc0y0wodZmwHaQ to get a grip on prices.

It might match with the 5m2 boxed and sealed that I have, which you could have for £100.

£20 per sqm for flooring that definitely won’t match with anything other than that particular flooring?
