    After some help/advice, do look cleats fit Shimano road shoes? and are shimano cleats compatible with look pedals?

    YES! to your first question
    NO! to your second (in fact there are different types of Look cleats, such as Keo or Delta that are specific to different Look pedals)

    Excellent, rather new to road riding and have been using mtb shoes/pedals on the bike for the last year and on the longer rides starting to suffer from numb feet so I thought I would try the 'proper' pedals and shoes to see if that makes a difference!

    Get Time pedals as the cleats last longer than a fortnight.
