Because I bought something from them around a month ago and there are a couple of dodgy transactions showing on my account.

personally, i’ll only use paypal on crc.

I’ve made a point about only using paypal with them since the last time. Not heard if it’s happened since.

The way they handled it so badly took care of any urge to use another method.

Don’t know, I avoid them because their warrenty support is so woeful, rather than because of any security risks.

I’ll not be using them again that’s for sure.

Thing is… A lot of shops have security weaknesses. CRC had at least one but now they’ve got one less.

I would buy from LBS even if it is slightly more expensive to have peace of mind.

If only my LBS had the stock of CRC, let alone the prices. Use paypal to be on the safe side.
