Out on my road bike late last night for about 90 minutes on country road cycle in sub zero temperatures. Stopped at a junction and my feet were feeling numb so I thought a wiggle of the toes would get the blood pumping again.

No chance, I could not feel my toes or the front half of my feet AT ALL, it was like they were full of anasthetic (sp?). Very weird, I had to walk for 10 minutes to get any feeling back into them and feel my toes again. Not painful at all but by far the worst numb feet I have had.
