    HAve a set of 142×12 wheels off last year’s Meta V4, want to run them 135×12

    Anyone know if it’s just a matter of removing endcaps, or is there grinding needed?

    My Meta’s spacers unscrew far too easily, so hopefully you can just swap them out. Try customerservice@commencal.com

    2 15mm spanners might show you the way.

    Hmm – not just a spacer, the axle is 142 wide, and one end cap screws onto it. Commencal dont sell a 135×12 version

    Before it goes to a lathe – anyone know who makes the hubs? Are they a rebranded Novatec or something else?
