I'd guess as owners they can move forward with a lot more certainty and put down good long term plans without a risk of being outbid for a lease.
Exactly. Look at other trail centre issues ( The Hub at GT,Coed Y Brennin). Jim and Ian have built the place from scratch. To finally own the place and have more say innhow the centre is run is Shirley a good thing?
Good on them, currently enjoying a renaissance as my fave place. But ‘from the church’??? Bizarre. Not an invitation to bash the church I just genuinely had no idea.
I also think the cafe is v efficient they seem to get through things quickly even when rammed!

They own lots of that and other forestry around there. Better for the bike guys to be paying back loans rather than big sod off rents..
