Can Halo spin doctor hubs be converted to take a 10mm bolt thru?

Im looking to get one of these: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=12390 , 48h 10mm axle

and i want to try and fit it to my frame with one of these: http://superstar.tibolts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=32&products_id=287

my frame has standard 10mm QR rear dropouts.
will it work?
