    I’ve always been suspicious of muffins, what wrong with a bap?

    Love the breakfast pie idea – wasn’t it the doctors idea…? That was a a great thread!

    I’m thinking of experimenting in that direction – trying to thing of way to keep egg yolks runny at time of serving… Proper cooked breakfast needs a runny egg yolk for dipping. Ingredients wise – thinking of: gammon, nice chunky Lincolnshire sausage, semi-dried tomatoes (not for ponceyness – just so not too soggy), hash browns and egg once I’ve thought of way around yolk issue…
