    Anyone done it?
How soft does the carbon get?

I tried last night, but the carbon didn’t seem to flex at all.

    Any pointers?

Yes run two pairs of bonts, inwent slightly hotter then suggested (I think that 10 degrees) but not much, the carbon doesn’t get very flexible just a slight give in it, use the end of a screwdriver to push out any areas that have pressure.

Love them now, they are slightly different to other shoes I have use (and I have tried loads) as you don’t have to do them up tight, you just tighten them a bit and the whole shoe grips your foot rather than having tight straps.
