Looking for a zippable bike bag which will take a road bike, perhaps with wheels removed but not needing to take pedals and handlebars off.

Its for storage rather than travelling. Anyone got any recommendations?

Why does it need to be inside anything for storage?
Other than that, what about an old duvet cover?

I think you’ll struggle not taking the pedals off at least due to the width. If its a smallish frame you might get one of the large soft bags long enough to fit it with the bars turned 90 degrees but the bag will end up having to be massive (Old style Dakine big bags etc).

    One of these

Remove rear wheel, pop into into the sleeve inside the bag. Rotate bars, put bike into bag upside down. Zip up.

Great for storage or taking bikes on trains disguised as luggage:)

Its for (sheltered) outdoor storage, not just a weather cover type thing

If it’s indoors a mattress cover will do. I got a couple of them when we bought our last bed.
Threw them away before i realised what they could be used for.

Edit:- Might even do for outdoors if its a plastic bag.

Planet X ones will take my 58cm bike with seat post and bars still installed without wheels.
