me and a highly skilled friend are embarking on a project. it started because the standerd lower crown on a fox 40 would hit my friends cove shocker frame befor the bumpstops, the demo 8 has the same problem. we have remade the lower crown, and now my friends cove can be run with 40’s. we also have a pretty cool idear for a new style of pedal, well more the way the axel works.

are there any other common products that have design flaws? product combos that dont work together but would be nice if thay would? any suggestions?
