Whatever you do, don’t have a flu jab.

I had one three weeks ago and have been feeling rough ever since. Shortness of breath and a cough like I smoke 60 a day.

Yeah about that, I’ve got a 10 year old in School, an 18 month old in Nursey 2 days a week and a wife who’s a District Nurse, I swear I spend more time ill than well.

I’ve a 12 year old and 9 year old, my wife works in a hospital and I work in primary healthcare. The wife and I rarely get colds.

Perhaps the contact with kids and medics wasn’t the key to your anti-cold super power?

Or I’ve got the immune system of an 90 year old.

I’ve administered over 100 jabs over recent years no one has had those symptoms. Why? Because it’s inert so can’t cause you any viral like problems.

    Weird isn’t it?

The few times I’ve had colds has been when I don’t exercise bizarrely.

    Carry on exercising bizarrely then!
