    oww my eyes are burning with acidic sweat on rides what can cause this?
    not enough water?
    to much carbonated drinks?
    not enough fruit?
    just throwing options about
    diet is far from great but trying to turn it around.

    It’s salt in your sweat IMHO. Just keep drinking water and taking in electrolytes as you ride.

    I got that today. proper sweaty, then it got through my specs into my eyes and owww! It’s just salt though. Got to my parents after my ride for a postponed sunday dinner and their dog wouldn’t stop licking me, It must’ve thought I was a walking talking salty pork scratching!
