    Nice area, I live round there. Quiet and handy for the big Tesco on callington road.

    Not too far into town either, easily walkable. Going home is always up hill though!

    Takes about 30mins to spin to the trails.

    Yep Hill St is very nice. Easy stumble home from the Shakey too (not that it’s all that these days,not like when Mad Ernie ran it, but still not a bad boozer).

    You’ll be riding Ashton Court and Leigh Woods which are around 20 mins from there.

    Southvile area is nice – local shops 4 local people (sorry lol), not far from centre, Gloucester road 20 mins and Ashton court 10 mins
