For sure, today is convinving me that we're not long before winter's away.
The bulbs are showing shoots in the window box; there's a specific kinda birdsong out the back that I associate with early spring; the sun had a more tangible warmth to it and I did a small but significant clean'n'tidy in the loft and hall.
Not concrete proof, I know, but enough to give major encouragement.
Happy days.

I've had snow drop in my garden for about a week now, means big all still not away from snow and frosts yet.

Great Tits have been practising their 'teacher teacher' song since the thaw.
And the Blackbirds are warming up.
Havn't heard a Mistle Thrush yet though.

You do realise that plants and animals can make mistakes by coming out and die early?

Lack of warm climate or too much ice.

But hoping it gets warmer soon and looking forward to spring/summer!

Saw 2 Blue Tits, but it's still well and truly winter here.

Had a wonderful outing on the Avon in a four today...with yours truly stroking 8)

I do declare, that for brief moments in the sun, it was warm...I even considered taking a layer off. Yep, Spring is on its way 🙂
