Just finished this series with my little boys. Part 1 of 8 below.  Good fun, proper home-grown adventure, on the edge of sensible. Nicely done.

I see he's been round he world on a unicycle as well, I think we'll get onto that next.

Weston Beach Race 2025

Billy Bolt POV

P2

Crazy. 😊

It’s a brutal race, did it way back in 1990 for my 18th birthday with a brand new box fresh/10hr run in KX250 and by the end of the race I never wanted to do another beach race in my life…….till Kawasaki offered me a place at Le Touquet in France a few months later 😀

Brutal on the body, but more brutal on the bikes as they need a full strip down/rebuild afterwards

Not sure if done before

American Minecraft YouTuber climbing Everest and attempting K2. Going back next year to do both without Oxygen

Yes he’s got an annoying American voice, but actually very well put together vids and he has a talent for climbing high altitude mountains

Philosophy Tube

Abigail and Oliver are our playful guides to interesting ideas. Real brain food presented in an exceptionally well dressed and executed theatrical concept. Challenging whilst always being approachable and extremely well researched. Self aware to the nth degree. I'm in love.

(First video discusses YouTube and truthfulness, Para social relationships and (here it excels) also an analysis of the creators own thoughts on the process of making a widely seen video discussing their own mental health including suicidal thoughts and despair...whilst finding a way to be simultaneously honest and also algorithm - successful.)

Look inside strange minds with Andrew and you'll learn some things about your own. Don't look too deeply though...

AvdV will probably educate you in your inner workings, and he also provides a strangely chaotic, yet ultimately structured narrative and analytical approach which keeps me consciously processing the content in satisfying way. Also some great dark humor.

Yeah they’re good but not as good as KEXP, the sound engineering at KXEP is an example of perfection

One for the Axe and blacksmithing lovers.

Alec Steele at the Gransfors Bruks workshops in Sweden.

I have two of their axes and mine are stamped EB which I think is the Emil in the video without the hat (there are two Emils) so that's pretty cool 😊

Having watched loads of bikepacking/touring videos I recon that Lewi Blake’s vids take some beating for out there bonkers bikepacking.

This is his latest which I really enjoyed, but if you too liked it,  it’s worth going back a few videos and looking at how he got to where he is…

Genuine artistry in here.  An absolute gem full stop, never mind youtube.  A short skate film for the ages, I reckon.

My old mate stars in a video for beer which is very apt, I’ve known Stephen since early 90’s but he moved from here in Galloway back up to fairisle 10odd years ago to fulfill his destiny (and birthright) where his ancestral tree can be traced back 500 years
