We will be in touch
Now that my exercise will be dog walking and turboing. Has anyone got any recommendations for online yoga for a complete inflexible beginner?
Thanks in advance, hopefully it'll help preserve my sanity.
DownDog are giving free access to their apps until beginning of April at least. They have a specific beginner app.
The main one is okay so hopefully that would be. Has the advantage of being both app and also web accessible.

My missus has started the 30 day series but there are beginner vids as well.
+1 for Yoga with Adrienne (above). Huge choice of videos, some really good beginner content and a good amount of mental health stuff too.
Thanks, I tried the DownDog app this morning, seemed ok although my lack of flexibility showed 🙂 Weirdly I did feel more chilled after 14 mins of bending - so that can't be a bad thing.
I'll have at Adrienne another day.
Place I normally go has gone online via zoom
Not free but very good people and most classes beginner friendly
3rd for yoga with Adrienne.
I’ve been using her videos to target problem spots for a year or two. Has helped both prevent and ease back/shoulder issues.
The Sufferfest app has turbo trainer workouts, training plans, strength training, and yoga all included. 14 day free trial available.
+whatever for Adrienne
Good 30 day session from inflexible to a bit more flexible.
