I know there are yoga types on here so I am after some help. My mum wants a yoga mat for her birthday. I haven't a blooming clue which types are best. She's 62 this year so it has to be a bit comfy lol.

If 6mm, which is about standard, is too thin, you can get thicker ones.
The wife has a lululemon mat which I use sometimes, not cheap but much better than the bog standard mats, better padding
I got the stripy orange one up there ^^ , it is a bit thicker than the norm , a good thing in my opinion as I have boney bits sticking out my ankles and knees.
These are pretty good, if a little pricey.

Just had a read up on that warrior mat. Looks Bob on 🙂 Cheers guys.
I have a Sweaty Betty mat--it's nice and comfy, doesn't slip, has a carrying strap and is purple 8)
It's a definite improvement on my last one (although that one was from a 99p shop)
