Need to redo the grip on my racquet, and I usually use Karakal PU Super, but while out riding over the weekend, I found myself wondering if I could use Lizard Skins ESP instead.

It's grippy, hard wearing and good at absorbing shock. Seems doable.

Has anyone ever tried?

Yes and my playing didn't suffer. However my skill at racquet sports is limited and is anything bu marginal gains so I may not be the best benchmark.

Thanks. I'm also on the hit it and hope end of the playing spectrum. Just seems like it might be a longer lasting option.

Conversely I used racket tape on my kayak paddle for extra grip. Worked a treat!
